  1. We recommend that you charge your order to your credit card on Koorong's web site. This will allow us to process your order in the shortest possible time. See "Safe shopping online at koorong" for information about the security of your credit card details.

  2. If you are an Australian customer, and would prefer not to enter your credit card details through the internet, the option is provided for you to contact Koorong to arrange payment. When you submit your order please contact us by one of the following methods to have the items shipped to you:

    Please do not send cash in the mail.

    BPAY contact your participating bank, credit union, or building society to make this payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account.

    Please note that if you opt to contact Koorong to arrange payment:

    • - It takes longer to ship your order. We don't process your order until payment is received. The order must be processed by a member of staff, so it won't take full advantage of the speed of our order system.
    • - We do not set aside the items on your order until the payment is received. It is possible that the items may not be available by the time payment is received.

  3. If you have a pre-arranged account with Koorong, you will have the option to charge to my 30 day Koorong Card account. If you take this option, your order will be shipped immediately, and you may arrange payment within the terms of the account. This option will not be displayed if there is an insufficient credit limit to allow the order to be processed.
