Conditions of Koorong Gift Card Use:

Gift cards are valid for twelve months from the date of issue (for web orders this is the invoice date). Please treat your Gift Card as cash - lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift cards must be returned to Koorong for redemption. Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash. For in-store purchases paid for via Gift Card, any change will be given in lesser-value Gift Cards and/or a maximum or $9.95 cash. Gift Cards may be sent to Koorong with a mail order as part or full payment of that order, however no change will be given. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on any Koorong Web Store purchase or at any Pages Cafe located at a Koorong Store.
